Other Areas

  • Shipping Time: 5-25 Business days, excluding customs clearance.

We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), we cannot guarantee these delivery times. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Customs Duties

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Magcomsen cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Receiving Time

For in-stock products: your receiving time will consist of 1-2 days of order processing time plus the shipping time.

For pre-order products: Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product’s description page. Your receiving time will be calculated by adding the shipping time to the estimated shipping date.

Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order products.

We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays and peak seasons, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Shipping Notice

② Magcomsen is not responsible for the packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.

③ The customer is liable for any losses arising from providing an incorrect address.

④ Kindly notice that if the customers temporarily change their address during the delivery process, the cost of changing the address will be paid by the customers.
